Jeffer: Hey Asned, Long time no see!
Asned: Yep, It has been a long time, how’s your life?
Jeffer: Quite good, Hey, I did not know you come to GYM.
Asned: I’ve had some problems with my health since last year, so I decided to workout.
Jeffer: Well, we always have to be in good shape to avoid any disease. let’s do it!
Asned: Did you try this weight machine?
Jeffer: Yeah, I just tried it out. I thought I did something wrong, because my muscles ached the entire day.
Asned: Maybe I can help. Last month I worked out on these machines, so I’m pretty used to them.
Jeffer: I just joined the gym this week. Yesterday, for example, I did a cardio workout on a treadmill or stationary bike, and I used free weights at home last week. But now it makes sense to do my strength-training here.
Asned: I thought you got a personal trainer. When I joined, I signed up for a trainer for a few sessions and she helped me set up a good regimen.
Jeffer: That’s a good idea.
Asned: If you want to help with those machines, though, I’m usually here every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Jeffer: Thanks, I’ll definitely look out for you.
Asned: That's Right.
Jeffer: So . I think I’ve sweated enough today. I’m off to the locker room.
Asned: Yeah, me too. See ya!
Jeffer: Bye!
